The experience my father and I had of purchasing a home with Josh Jones was truly the best that anyone could ask for. We had a very tight turnaround time for purchasing a home as our rental agreement had gone sour. My father has owned a home previously but is older and not very tech savvy. I am a first time home owner so the process overall was rather overwhelming for me. Josh was incredibly patient and went out of his way to assist us through every step of the process. He took the time to partner with my father and help him navigate some of the more technical and financial aspects of the closing prep as well as helping us set up a homeowners insurance policy.
